Need help setting up your shop or print station? Contact us by email and include your shop URL, the order token, and what you were doing when the issue appeared. Do not email private customer documents.
Quick setup
- Open your shop’s subdomain and upload a test document.
- Install Counterprint Bridge on the computer connected to your printer.
- Connect the device from the merchant panel, then send a test order through the review queue.
