Information handled

Counterprint processes the files a customer submits and order information needed to route and manage the request. This can include an optional name, order token, file names and sizes, copy counts, print settings, timestamps, and job status.

How information is used

The shop uses this information to review, prepare, print, and account for orders. Counterprint uses it to operate the service, deliver files to the connected print station, and troubleshoot service problems. We do not claim to use customer files for advertising.

File retention

Uploaded documents are deleted from managed storage after Counterprint Bridge reports successful submission to the operating-system print queue. The order token, job status, file metadata, settings, and accounting summary can remain for the shop’s records. A shop may separately retain or handle printed paper.

Access and service providers

The shop that receives an order can access its order information. Counterprint relies on hosting, database, and file-storage providers to operate the service. Information may be processed by those providers only as needed to provide their services.

Your choices and questions

Do not upload sensitive documents unless you accept that the receiving shop must access them to fulfil the print request. For a request about personal information, contact the shop that received the order or email privacy@pixelperfects.com.
